Hug Meditation
The term Hug Meditation was first used in the 1960s by Thich Nhat Hanh, the well known monk, as a way to bring together the Eastern practice of conscious breathing and the Western practice of hugging.
Fifty years later the science is out on touch and hugs and we now know their importance to our physical and emotional wellbeing.
Research links them to our happiness, our mental and physical health, our feeling of love and being loved, and even our alertness and ability to do math.
